Application season for the Harriet Bouslog Labor Scholarship runs from November 1, 2024 through April 1, 2025.

Do you qualify for an HBLSF scholarship? If you are a high school senior applying to the University of Hawaii and have a relative who is an ILWU Local 142 Member in good standing, you may qualify for up to $2,000 per semester depending on which UH campus you are applying to. Check out the list of businesses that have ILWU Local 142 employed.
